Gamespy had an indepth look at the radio stations featured in GTA IV.
Since the game is already in stores and most likely even in your console right now, they added some addition information such as similar stations in previous GTA's.
Looking at the most important aspects, they still can't find any real big differences between the 2 consoles, each has it's own tiny differences.

Most of the gag appears to be the permanent karate-chop pose of motion-capped hands, overly expressive gesturing and out-of-place dialogue during non-cutscene encounters
Just now I noticed the GTA Advance section was left out of the menu since the last big update a looong time ago.

As for the new website (which was the cause for this discovery), unfortunately it's still in development and has gotten a currently unknown delay.
The folks over at Gamespot posted an interesting article on how various returning aspects from GTA IV have progressed since GTA III.

Rockstar and Sony announced they're releasing a patch for GTA IV on the Playstation 3 today, which should fix some of the conenction and multiplayer problems.
It is currently unknown if the recent freezes will also be affected by this patch.
In general GTA IV is doing very well, some figures have been released concerning sales in both the UK and US, and almost every current chart for the PS3 aswell as the Xbox360 has GTA IV listed at #1.
